Texas Cardiac Care Registered Nurses
Critical Care experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) are at the very heart of our company. These experienced case managers supervise their patient’s total health status, referring to other team members when appropriate. Our RNs have excellent assessment skills and are able to identify the early signs of a health problem, and intervene appropriately to prevent a potentially dangerous situation mitigating the need for hospitalization. Our RNs educate their patients on their existing disease processes, medications, and lifestyle changes necessary to best manage health problems.
